Artificial intelligence (AI) opens up enormous energy saving potentials in real estate. Automation is the key to achieving a new level of sustainability.

The fact that real estate can make a significant contribution to climate protection has long been recognized by politicians and legal regulations are being further strengthened. In the EU, buildings are responsible for 40% of energy consumption and 36% of CO2 emissions* Climate awareness has also risen sharply among the population, not least due to the particular clout with which young people have drawn attention to the topic in 2019. Many companies are also showing great commitment and putting far-reaching sustainability measures high on their agenda, for example major shopping center operators such as Klépierre**.
