Recogizer interfaces directly with the Building Management System (BMS) and runs a closed control loop, reading conditions, calibrating against comfort and performance targets, and writing optimized instructions back to the equipment. This real-time operating signal shows exactly what the building is doing right now, fully automated and around the clock.
We prove the impact with Rhino
Recogizer processes and validates. That's step 1 above. To prove what the optimization achieved, Recogizer partnered with Rhino, whose independent meter data covers every utility, electricity, gas, water and heat, at 15-minute intervals, down to the submeter, with every reading traceable to a meter ID and a timestamp. Rhino isn't part of the control loop - where savings were modeled, Rhino can now measure them, turning Recogizer's real-time optimization into a verified, defensible result.

Note on roles: Recogizer reads, writes and optimizes HVAC systems in the building directly through the BMS. In parallel, Rhino digitally measures the outcome in terms of kWh, which is what makes the resulting savings figures precise.
