We are very pleased to announce our collaboration with Deka Immobilien.

Together, we are pursuing a clear objective: to measurably reduce energy consumption, operating costs and emissions across the Deka Immobilien portfolio – while at the same time making building operations more digital, transparent and efficient.

After successfully participating in a tender, we are now supporting Deka Immobilien in the areas of energy efficiency, operational transparency and predictive maintenance. The rollout of our solutions has already begun in selected properties.
