We are refreshing our brand image – while staying true to our promise: with innovative, state-of-the-art technology, we ensure maximum energy efficiency and performance for real estate, making it ready for the future.

The real estate industry is undergoing profound change. Energy efficiency, value and financing security, attractive spaces for tenants – these are requirements that must be met not tomorrow, but today. 

We are evolving alongside this transformation. Just in time for Expo Real 2025, we are unveiling our new look. With a modernised logo and a clearer colour scheme, we are responding to change while reaffirming that our promise remains the same.

  • Our new logo symbolises a dynamic building ready to take the next step. The overlapping levels represent smart layers and technologies that make buildings more efficient and reduce emissions. At the same time, they embody sustainable, attractive, and future-proof spaces in which tenants and users feel at home.
  • The new colour scheme brings together consistency and renewal. The new blue conveys stability, efficiency, and reliability – qualities that define both the industry and our daily work. The light green represents sustainability, innovation, and a forward-looking approach – economically viable and essential for safeguarding real estate values and future-proofing portfolios.

The new design in practice

Our new look is already visible on this website. Our exhibition stand at Expo Real 2025 will also reflect the new brand world. Over the next four weeks, all documents, portals, and communication materials will be updated. In practice, nothing will change for our customers—all portals, access points, and familiar communication channels will remain available as usual.
